Yes. A free 15-minute online consultation is available for all new students. This is a chance to discuss goals, current attainment, and whether tutoring is the right fit - with no obligation to continue.
Do you offer discounts for block bookings?
Block booking discounts may be available depending on availability and lesson frequency. Please get in touch to discuss the most suitable option for your young learner.
Is online tutoring as effective as in-person lessons?
Yes. Online English tutoring is highly effective and allows lessons to be interactive, focused, and flexible. Lessons use shared documents, live feedback, and discussion - making them just as engaging as face-to-face sessions.
How often should my child have English tutoring?
Most students benefit from one session per week, though this can increase in the lead-up to exams or for targeted support. During the consultation, a personalised recommendation will be made based on your young learner's needs.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Lessons are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, so there is no long-term commitment required. This allows families to remain flexible while still seeing consistent progress.
Can we cancel or reschedule a lesson?
Lessons can be cancelled/rescheduled with reasonable notice (24 hours as standard). Full cancellation and rescheduling policies will be explained clearly during the consultation.
How quickly can we expect to see progress?
